The 13th annual Tiger Day Celebration was held in Vladivostok on September 30, 2012. The weather was beautiful, and the parade was a great success. Over 4,000 brightly colored costumed participants proceeded down Okeansky Avenue, and at the intersection of Okeansky Avenue and Svetlanskaya Street circled the downtown square. Продолжить

«Trial Balloon» Launched!

The Third Open Festival of School and Youth Mass Media – “Trial Balloon” – was held in Luchegorsk. This year over 70 individuals, 32 youth film studios, 11 children and student press-centres from Primorsky krai, Amurskaya and Permskaya provinces, Moscow, Barnaul and other cities submitted their entries. Calendar for year 2009 with children’s paintings
