Sakhalin-Khabarovsk-Vladivostok Gas Pipeline in Primorye

On September 15, Russian media informed that the construction of the Sakhalin-Khabarovsk-Vladivostok gas pipeline started in Primorye according to the agreement signed by Primorsky Krai Administration and Russian energy giant Gasprom.
